Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni Meeting Minutes
The
quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order by
Vice President, Ben Blosser on January 10, 2015 at 6:52 PM at The Blosser
residence.
There were 13 members present: Jenifer
Blosser, Katerina Sharp, JD Stover, Ben Blosser, Christian Hoffman, Brynn Hoffman, Scott Sharp, Mark Francis, Megan Francis,
Brittany Tilley, Crystal Groves, Justin Groves, and Jeff Tilley.
Officer Reports: Jeff Tilley held discussion on the Alumni's Financial
Report. Scott Sharp moved to accept the officer report. Mark Francis seconded
the motion. The motion to accept the officer report was passed.
Committee Reports: Jeff Tilley held discussion on Fundraising for the
year of 2014. Brittany Tilley held discussion on summer idea for a trip for the
group. Jenifer Blosser set March 13, 2015 for student scholarship interviews
and discussed volunteering at a summer baseball tournament held at the Amanda
Ball diamonds. Mark Francis suggested a men's group gathering. Mark Francis
moved to accept the committee reports as read. Christian seconded the motion.

Jeff Tilley and Scott Sharp held discussion on AC FFA Chapter
updates, Fall CDE results and upcoming CDE's, Proficiency Awards, State FFA
Degrees, and American FFA Degrees along with Fall fund
raiser results.

Mark Francis moved to send 4 delegates to the Ohio FFA Alumni
Annual Meeting on January 24th. Scott Sharp seconded the motion. The motion to
send 4 delegates to the Ohio FFA Alumni Annual Meeting on January 24th passed.

Christian Hoffman moved for the alumni to pay for Snapfish photos to be printed for the AC FFA Reporter
scrapbook. Brittany Tilley seconded the motion. The motion for the alumni to
pay for Snapfish photos to be printed for the AC FFA
Reporter scrapbook passed.

Brittany Tilley moved to re-elect and keep the officer
positions for the alumni the same. JD Stover seconded the motion. The motion to
re-elect and keep the officer positions for the alumni the same passed.
