Amanda-Clearcreek Alumni Meeting Minutes

The quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order on November 21, 2015 by President Nick Greiner at 7:46 PM at the Amanda-Clearcreek Ag Center. There were 11 members present: Nick Greiner, Crystal Groves, Dylan Mullen, Brittany Tilley, Jeff Tilley, JD Stover, Ben Blosser, Mark Francis, Megan Francis, Jennifer Blosser, and Devon Mullen.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting: Mark Francis moved to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. Brittany Tilley seconded the motion. The motion to accept the minutes of the previous meeting passed.

Officer Reports: Jeff Tilley held discussion on the financial report about the recent alumni’s finances. Mark Francis moved to accept the officer report as read. Ben Blosser seconded the motion. The motion to accept the officer report as read passed.

New Business

· Jeff Tilley moved to participate in the Kokosing’s employee appreciation event. Brittany Tilley seconded the motion. The motion to participate in the Kokosing’s Employee appreciation event passed.

· Jeff Tilley moved to purchase a fryer to replace the broken one. Mark Francis seconded the motion. The motion to purchase a fryer to replace the broken one passed.

· Brittany Tilley moved to adjourn the meeting. JD Stover seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 PM

The next meeting is set for January 9, 2016 @ 6 PM at The Francis’ residence.

After the meeting, the members looked over the new concession trailer recently purchased by the organization.
