Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni Meeting Minutes

The quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order on April 8, 2016 at 6:54 PM at the Amanda-Clearcreek Ag Center. There were 12 members present: Jeff Tilley, Brittany Tilley, Nick Greiner, Justin Groves, Crystal Groves, Devon Mullen, Christian Hoffman, Brynn Hoffman, Megan Francis, Mark Francis, Ben Blosser, and Jenifer Blosser.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting: Christian Hoffman moved to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. Brittany Tilley seconded the motion. The motion to accept the minutes of the previous meeting passed.

Officer Reports: Discussion was held by Jeff Tilley about the treasurer report. Devon Mullen moved to accept the officer report as read. Brynn Hoffman seconded the motion. The motion to accept the officer report as read passed.

Committee Report: Jennifer Blosser held discussion on the scholarship interviews that were held on March 8, 2016. Mark Francis moved to accept the committee report as read. Christian Hoffman seconded the motion. The motion to accept the committee report as read passed.

New Business:

• Jeff Tilley moved to award out 6, $500.00 scholarships. Christian Hoffman seconded the motion. The motion to award out 6, $500.00 scholarships passed.

• Discussion was held on the concession trailer and the work that needs completed before the Kokosing Event.

• The alumni will serve French fries on August 13,2016 at the Fairfield County Fairgrounds for Kokosing's employee appreciation day from 10Am to 6Pm, 2500 servings at $1.75 each.

• The Amanda-Clearcreek FFA banquet will be held May 14, 2016.

• Brittany Tilley moved to adjourn the meeting. Mark Francis seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 7:37 PM.

The next meeting will be held at Ben and Jennifer Blosser's residence June 10, 2016 at 6 PM.
