Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni Meeting Minutes

The quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order by President, Nick Greiner on June 17, 2016 at 7:07 PM at Ben and Jennifer Blosser's residence. There were 18 members present: Scott Sharp, Devon Mullens, Dillon Mullen, Jeff Tilley, Brittany Tilley, Laurie Travis, Adam Travis, Kayla Luft, Christian Hoffman, Brynn Hoffman, Nick Greiner, Mark Francis, Ben Blosser, Jennifer Blosser, Robert Blosser, JD Stover, Crystal Groves, and Justin Groves.

New Business:

• The focus of this meeting was all about the purchased concession trailer. There was lots of discussion about all the work that needs completed before the health inspection. This is going to require a lot of work and time by all members. Items that need to purchased for inspection was discussed and responsibilities were taken on. The concession trailer needs to be ready for inspection before the first event held on August 13, 2016.

Mark Francis moved to adjourn the meeting after long discussion. JD Stover seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 7:52 PM.
