Amanda-Clearcreek Alumni Meeting Minutes

The quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order by Jeff Tilley on November 5, 2017 at 5:51 P.M.

Officer Reports: Jeff Tilley discussed and reviewed the treasurer report. Brittany Tilley moved to accept the officer report. Devon Mullen seconded the motion. The motion to accept the officer report passed.

Committee Reports: Discussion was held about the 2017 french fry season and ideas or changes for the next, members added to the alumni, scholarships to be awarded in December, and article for Towne Crier. Brittany Tilley moved to accept the committee reports. Devon Mullen seconded the motion. The motion to accept the committee reports passed.

New Business:

· Jeff Tilley discussed Amanda-Clearcreek FFA CDE results, changes made to the program, fruit and snack sales, and the National FFA Convention.

· Brittany Tilley moved to not participate in the next year Fairfield County Antique Tractor Show. Ben Blosser moved to lay on the table the motion until more memebers are in attendance. Devon Mullen seconded the motion. The motion to lay on the table the motion to not participate in the Fairfield County Antique Tractor show for 2018 passed.

· Brittany Tilley moved to adjourn the meeting. Katerina Sharp seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 PM.

The next meeting will be held on January 21, 2018 at 5:30 P.M.
