Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni Meeting Minutes

The quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order by President, Devon Mullens on June 4, 2023 at 7:25 PM, held at the Spires’ residence. There were 11 members present: Joel Spires, Nannette Spires, Ben Blosser, Jeff Tilley, Brittany Tilley, Megan Francis, Mark Francis, Devon Mullen, Susan Mullen, Katerina Sharp, and Crystal Groves.

Officer Reports: Jeff Tilley held discussion on the Alumni's Financial report. Brittany Tilley moved to accept the officer reports. Joel Spires seconded the motion. The motion to accept the officer reports as read passed.

Committee Reports: Jeff Tilley held discussion on the upcoming home football games for the fry season. The group discussed new member retention ideas along with possible group activities. Brittany Tilley moved to accept the committee reports. Mark Francis seconded the motion. The motion to accept the committee reports passed.

· A-C FFA Chapter Update

o Jeff Tilley discussed the latest within the program.

· Mark Francis moved to sell $2.00 Dilly Bars at the home football games. Megan Francis seconded the motion. The motion to sell $2.00 Dilly Bars at the home football games passed.

· Megan Francis moved to put $3000.00 into a 6 month CD at Kingston National Bank. Joel Spires seconded the motion. The motion to put $3000.00 into a 6 month CD at Kingston National Bank passed.

· Jeff Tilley moved to adjourn the meeting. Brittany Tilley seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 9:09 PM.
