Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni Meeting Minutes

The quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order by President, Devon Mullen on April 8, 2024 at &:06 PM at Lancaster Pizza Cottage. There were 10 members present: Devon Mullens, Katerina Sharp, Brittany Tilley, Jeff Tilley, Mark Francis, Tim Cordle, Nick Greiner, Nanette Spires, Joel Spires, and Megan Francis.

Officer Reports: Jeff Tilley held discussion on the Alumni's Financial report. Brittany Tilley moved to accept the officer reports. Mark Francis seconded the motion. The motion to accept the officer reports as read passed.

Committee Reports: There was discussion held on increasing French fry prices due to the increased cost in goods from $3 to $5 and $4 to $6. One student scholarship was delayed due to college delayed, that student will receive their funds for this year instead. There were 2024 interviews held for scholarships. Joel Spires moved to accept the committee reports. Brittany Tilley seconded the motion. The motion to accept the committee reports passed.

New Business:

• Mark Francis moved to give (2) $500.00 scholarships for the 2024 seniors. Nick Greiner seconded the motion. The motion to give (2) $500.00 passed.

• Officer Elections: Nick Greiner moved to keep the officer team the same. Tim Cordle seconded the motion. The motion to keep the officer team the same for 2024 passed. The officer team is as follows:

President: Devon Mullen

Vice-President: Ben Blosser

Treasure: Jeff Tilley

Reporter: Katerina Sharp

Secretary: Crystal Groves

• Brittany Tilley moved to adjourn the meeting. Joel Spires seconded the motion. The motion to adjourn passed. The meeting was adjourned at 8:29 P.M. The next meeting will be June 8^th, 2024 at The Spires’ residence at 5 PM.
