The quarterly meeting ofthe Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order by President Nick Greinerat 6:40 P.M on March 21, 2010 at the Stoutsville Firehouse. There were 16members; Scott Sharp, Joel Spires, Nick Greiner, Christian Hoffman, BradBowers, Amanda Cassidy, Brittany Pinkstock, Alyssa Jenkins, J.D. Stover, DavidSams, Laurie Travis, Jeff Tilley, Crystal Covell, Eric Valentine, BeckyEllinger, and Mike Ellinger. Two guests were also present: Nanette Pearce andJustin Groves.
Joel Spires moved toaccept the minutes from the previous meeting. Jeff Tilley seconded the motion.The motion to accept the minutes from the previous meeting passed.
Officer Reports:Jeff Tilley went over the alumniÕs financial report. Christian Hoffman sent outan article to two newspapers for the alumni. Mike Ellinger moved to accept theofficer reports. Brittany Pinkstock seconded the motion. The motion to acceptthe officer reports as read passed.
Committee Reports:There were reports from the following committees: Social Activities, MembershipRecruitment & Retention, and Student Scholarship. Christian Hoffman movedto accept the committee reports as presented. Brad Bowers seconded the motion.The motion to accept the committee reports as presented passed.

á ScottSharp moved to donate $200.00 to the Area 6 Special Olympics. Eric Valentineseconded the motion. There was discussion held by Jeff Tilley. The motion todonate $200.00 to the Area 6 Special Olympics passed.
