Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni Meeting Minutes

The quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order by President, Nick Greiner on June 8, 2013 at 6:42 P.M. at the residence of Jeff Tilley. There were 11 members and 1 guest present: Brittany Pinkstock, Scott Sharp, Jenna Ferguson, Brynn Hoffman, J.D. Stover, Justin Groves, Crystal Groves, David Sams, Nick Greiner, Jeff Tilley, Josh Cordle, Christian Hoffman, Jennifer Blosser, Ben Blosser, and one guest, Maddie Colburn.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting: Brittany Pinkstock moved to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. Josh Cordle seconded the motion. The motion to accept the minutes of the previous meeting passed.

Officer Reports: Jeff Tilley held discussion on the Alumni's Financial report. Brynn Hoffman, also, held discussion about the recent article published in the Town Crier. David Sams moved to accept the officer reports. J.D. Stover seconded the motion. The motion to accept the officer reports as presented passed.

Committee Reports: No specific report was given. Jeff Tilley held discussion on short summer trip ideas, fall football schedule, french fry plans, the loss of annual members, the scholarship recipients, and other important events upcoming. Scott Sharp held discussion about the funding and support for a bill affecting the FFA advisors in Ohio.

· A-C FFA Update

o Jeff Tilley discussed the possible Ohio FFA CDE changes, results and reflection on the chapter banquet, greenhouse progress and plans, the upcoming FFA events during the summer, program status and changes, and the A-C school district updates and changes.

• The next A-C FFA Alumni meeting will be held August 11, 2013 at the Ag center 6 P.M. as has been previously established.

• David Sams moved to adjourn the meeting. Brittany Pinkstock seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 8:16 P.M.
