Amanda-Clearcreek Alumni Meeting Minutes

The meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order on July 19, 2015 by President, Nick Greiner. 21, 2015 at the Hoffman's residence at 7:14 PM. There were 13 members present: Nick Greiner, Christian Hoffman, Brynn Hoffman, Aaron Miller, Megan Francis, Mark Francis, JD Stover, Justin Groves, Crystal Groves, Brittany Tilley, Jeff Tilley, Laurie Travis, and Josh Cordle.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting: Christian Hoffman moved to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. Mark Francis seconded the motion. The motion to accept the minutes of the previous meeting passed.

Officer Reports: Jeff Tilley held discussion on the financial report about the recent alumni’s finances. Brittany Tilley moved to accept the officer report as read. Josh Cordle seconded the motion. The motion to accept the officer report as read passed. 

Committee Reports: There was lots of discussion about upcoming events, upcoming school year, and past events. Mark Francis moved to accept the committee reports as read. Brittany Tilley seconded the motion. The motion to accept the committee reports as read passed. 

New Business: 

* Jeff Tilley held discussion on chapter updates, events, progress, and upcoming school year.

*There was lots of discussion held on Fairfield Medical Center Block Party about participation, plans, and ideas.

*Jeff Tilley moved to purchase an oil filtration system for the fryers. Christian Hoffman seconded the motion.

The motion to purchase an oil filtration system passed.

*Mark Francis moved to hold the next meeting on August 16, 2015 at the Ag classroom at 6 PM. Brittany Tilley seconded the motion. The motion to hold the next meeting on August 16 at the Ag classroom at 6 PM passed.

*Christian Hoffman moved to adjourn the meeting. Brittany Pinkstock seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 8:42 PM.
