Amanda-Clearcreek Alumni Meeting Minutes

The quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order on August 16, 2015 by President, Nick Greiner at 6:29 PM at the Amanda-Clearcreek Ag classroom. There were 12 members present: Nick Greiner, Jeff Tilley, Brittany Tilley, Megan Francis, Mark Francis, Ben Blosser, Jennifer Blosser, Scott Sharp, Katerina Sharp, Emmy Hollar, Kayla Luft, and JD Stover.

Officer Reports: Jeff Tilley held discussion on the financial report about the recent alumni’s finances. Mark Francis moved to accept the officer report as read passed. The motion to accept the officer report as read passed.

New Business:

· There was discussion held about purchasing a concession trailer.

· There was discussion held about endorsing the upcoming school levy renewal. Jeff Tilley moved to endorse the levy. Brittany Tilley seconded the motion. The motion to endorse the upcoming school levy renewal passed.

· Scott Sharp moved to purchase 40 pound tanks for the fryers. Mark Francis seconded the motion. The motion to purchase 40 pound tanks for the fryers passed.

The next meeting will be held November 21, 2015 @ 6 PM at the Ag classroom.
