Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni Meeting Minutes

The quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFAAlumni was called to order by President Nick Greiner on August 22, 2010 at 5:48P.M at the residence of Mark Francis. There were 15 members present and 3 guests.Jeff Tilley, Nick Greiner, Laurie Travis, Ben Blosser, Mark Francis, JenniferBlosser, Scott Sharp, Christian Hoffman, Brad Bowers, Amanda Cassidy, J.D.Stover, Brittany Pinkstock, David Sams, Stacey Sams, and Crystal Covell wereall in attendance.

Officer Reports: Jeff Tilley reviewed thechapter’s financial report with the group.

Committee Reports: Christina Hoffman and MarkFrancis gave updates on their committees.

New Business:

· There was discussion onthe football French fry sales. The home dates are 9/3, 9/24, 10/1, 10/15, and10/22. The shift times will range from 4:30 to 11:00.

· Jeff Tilley moved tocontinue insurance policy of $350.00. Amanda Cassidy seconded the motion. Themotion to continue insurance policy of $350.00 passed.

· Ben Blosser moved tohold the next meeting on October 24, 2010 at 5:00 PM at Jeff Tilley’sresidence. Brad Bowers seconded the motion. The motion to hold the next meetingon October 24, 210 at 5:00 PM at Jeff Tilley’s residence passed.

· Stacey Sams moved toadjourn the meeting. Brittany Pinkstock seconded the motion. The meeting wasadjourned at 7:04 PM.
