Student Responsibility:
I will furnish and assume X% of the cost of the seed, X% of fertilizer costs, X% of operating costs, X% of other costs and be responsible for X% of any labor involved in this project.
Non Cash/Labor Exchange - Other Party Responsibility:
The other party(ies) will assume X% of the cost of the seed, X% of fertilizer costs, X% of operating costs, X% of other costs and be responsible for X% of any labor involved in this project. I will exchange my labor for these costs.
Student Returns:
I will receive X% of all returns in this project and be responsible for X% of any losses in this project.
Non Cash/Labor Exchange - Other Party Returns:
The other party will receive X% of all returns and be responsible for X% of any losses in this project.
Agreement Termination:
This is all by mutual agreement between all parties.
