The A-C FFA takes a day out of the year to visit the 8th grade class and make them aware of what Ag Science is about. Current FFA members visit 8th grade classrooms to talk about their own experiences in the FFA. The FFA members make sure that the younger students know that they do not have to be a farmer to be part of the Agricultural Education program. The FFA members also make them aware that they can also be in other groups and activities outside of the FFA. The Amanda-Clearcreek FFA encourages as many students to take Agricultural Science I and join the FFA so they may join the fun! This activity has been held in the spring for many years and now is generally held in February in conjunction with National FFA Week.
