The quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFAAlumni was called to order by President Nick Greiner on January 15, 2011 at6:08 P.M. at the Stoutsville Firehouse. There were 20 members present: JeffTilley, Brad Bowers, Laurie Travis, Tyler Genders, Alyssa Jenkins, Stacey Sams,David Sams, J.D. Stover, Ben Blosser, Robert Blosser, Jennifer Blosser, JodiBlosser, Nick Greiner, Angie Greiner, Christian Hoffman, Joel Spires, NannetteSpires, Amanda Cassidy, Scott Sharp, andJosh Cordle. There were also 2guests present.

o Scott Sharp moved to payregistration for any A-C FFA alumni member who wanted to attend the State FFAAlumni meeting. Robert Blosser seconded the motion. Nick Greiner stated his intention of attending and askedfor others to attend with him.
á A-C School Funding andits impacts on the Ag Ed Program and the FFA
o Jeff Tilley started adiscussion about the impacts of any proposed school levy that might be placedon the ballot in the spring. Many members joined in a lengthy discussion on thetopic and how it will affect not only the Ag Ed Program and FFA chapter, buthow it will affect other programs in the school and the school district aswhole.

o Ben Blosser moved tohold the March meeting on March 19, 2011 at 6 P.M. at the StoutsvilleFirehouse. Robert Blosser seconded the motion. The motion to hold the Marchmeeting on the 19th at the Stoutsville Firehouse at 6 P.M. passed.
á Clearcreek ConsignmentAuction
o It was explained thatthere was a need for help with the Clearcreek Consignment Auction on March 26thand that the chapter could earn some money for their assistance. Robert Blossermoved to have 9 members work at the Clearcreek Consignment Auction as afundraiser on March 26th from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. (times areapproximate). Brad Bowers seconded the motion. The motion to have 9 memberswork at the Clearcreek Consignment Auction as a fundraiser on March 26thfrom 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. passed.
