Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni Meeting Minutes

The quarterly meeting of the Amanda-Clearcreek FFA Alumni was called to order by Vice-President Ben Blosser 6:55 PM at the Blosser’s residence. There were 10 members present: Joel Spires, Nannette Spires, Mark Francis, Nick Greiner, Jennifer Blosser, Ben Blosser, Tim Cordle, Crystal Groves, Jeff Tilley, and Brittany Tilley.

Officer Reports: Jeff Tilley held discussion on the Alumni's Financial report. Jennifer Blosser moved to accept the officer reports. Nick Greiner seconded the motion. The motion to accept the officer reports as read passed.

Committee Reports: Jeff Tilley held discussion on the 2024 AC Football season home games and upcoming Mt. Pleasant Shootout. Nick Greiner moved to accept the committee reports. Joel Spires seconded the motion. The motion to accept the committee reports passed.

• A-C FFA Chapter Update

• Jennifer Blosser moved to raise fry sales by $2.00 and add a Venmo account. Discussion was held on the changes. There was a count taken for the motion. The motion to raise prices by $2.00 passed by a vote 6-3.

• Joel Spires moved to sell Dairy Queen’s Dilly Bars again for $2.00. Brittany Tilley seconded the motion. The motion to sell Dairy Queen’s Dilly bars for $2.00 passed.

• Joel Spires moved to have a banner made for the fry trailer. Mark Francis seconded the motion. The motion to have a banner made for the fry trailer passed.

• Nick Greiner moved to place $10,000 into a 10 month CD. Brittany Tilley seconded the motion. The motion to place $10,000 into a 10 month CD passed.

• Nick Greiner moved to spend up to $450.00 on a credit card device for taking payments for fry sales. Mark Francis seconded the motion. The motion to spend up to $450.00 on a credit card device for taking payments for fry sales passed.

• Mark Francis moved to adjourn the meeting. Devon Mullens seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 7:17 P.M.
