These activities help promote a positive bank account of goodwill that allows the family and its neighbors to interact positively with issues of rural-urban living:
*Discounts given at the compost site for neighbors, churches and schools.
*Volunteer fireman.
*Hire neighborhood kids to pick-up roadside trash.
*Allowing hunting for a $10 donation per person, per day, with a matched donation made to the Needy Fund at Bellpoint United Methodist Church.
*Host field trips and serve as tour site for grade school, garden club and 4-h club programs.
*Participate in the Delaware County Farm Stop for Fall Foliage Tour, with no more than 500 visitors.
*Assisted Scioto River Valley Federation in developing, on the farm, a community nature walk and preserve along the Scioto River.
